Meu nome é Luiz Souza e vou relatar minha relação comercial com o senhor Vicente Augusto Lessa Júnior.
Recebi a indicação que ele precisaria de ajuda, pois os negócios estavam prosperando e eu teria esse perfil ideal para ajudá-lo na área comercial.
Ele apresentou um projeto de energia fotovoltaica e, após analisar a qualidade do material e o mercado, tomei a decisão de participar dessa iniciativa. O Vicente Augusto Lessa Júnior foi bem articulado na defesa de seu projeto e isso contribuiu para o meu aceite.
Menos de duas semanas depois ele entrou em contato comigo solicitando o apoio como Gestor Comercial. Ele ficaria responsável pela parte estratégica e operacional. Inicialmente a empresa se chamava Standard Energy.
A parceria foi iniciada, comecei a captação de representantes comerciais e todos os procedimentos. O Vicente tornava complexo todos os processos operacionais e utilizava um vocabulário prolixo para que eu (e, provavelmente, todas as vítimas) ficasse de fora do que acontecia nos bastidores, que, teoricamente, envolvia portos, importação e altas taxas.
Contratei uma equipe de representantes e ele sugeriu que fosse vendido um Kit de iniciação com seguro prévio, a ser pago no ato da assinatura do contrato. Na prática, tratava-se de um golpe para quem iniciava a parceria. No fim das contas, nenhum kit foi entregue.
O estelionatário Vicente Augusto Lessa Júnior atrasou minha remuneração por causa de um suposto aumento nos custos fixos. Ao longo de dois meses, minha remuneração ultrapassaria R$ 4000,00. Os negócios “estavam dando certo”, mas minha remuneração não chegava.
Em um cenário fantasiosamente otimista, estimava-se o fechamento de mais de dois milhões de reais em contrato. E, claro, as dificuldades de fechamento começaram a ocorrer.
Passei a perceber que as grandes negociações eram irreais, fora do país ou com grupos empresariais de outros estados. Ele estimou comissões e benefícios como um carro novo para quem atingisse essa meta.
Após o terceiro mês, os conflitos por causa da minha remuneração se intensificaram. Afinal, se tudo estava tão bem, por que eu não era remunerado? A previsão fantasiosa aumentou mais ainda e agora a previsão de dois carros já estava em pauta.
O estelionatário sempre tinha uma carta na manga para qualquer pergunta ou reclamação. A sugestão de sociedade entrou em questão, típico itinerário do golpe. Agora, para acelerar o recebimento, eu precisaria ser sócio.
Pouco tempo depois percebi que nada do que ele falava era verdade. Nada de investidor, nada de comissão e nada de cliente. Tudo se tratava de um golpe bem calculado e vagaroso, para que as vítimas percebessem um falso declínio da empresa, isto é, a culpa do não progresso dos negócios agora é minha, afinal, sou sócio.
O estelionatário condenado em 2015, Vicente Augusto Lessa Júnior, passou a exigir de forma forçada uma entrada de todos os projetos, em dinheiro. Assim o cliente poderia investir em algo que provavelmente não teria, mas desta forma ele teria a remuneração dele, isto é, a concretização do golpe.
A nova justificativa para o não recebimento seria um novo investidor, envolvido em política e que tinha poder de compra para resolver todos os problemas. Ele simulou uma irritação, dando a entender que também estava sendo prejudicado por todos esses “imprevistos”.
Segundo ele, agora os clientes teriam que ter a “índole” parecida com a dele, honesta, e que se comprometesse realmente com os fechamentos e pagamentos. Os contratos seriam mais fundamentados, com multas de ambos dos lados. Assim, a impressão de parceiro honesto seria ainda mais intensificada.
Pesquisei mais sobre a energia limpa e percebi que os trâmites são bem mais simples que toda aquela prolixidade. Descobri que o contato que ele tinha dentro do BNB, na verdade, não existia. As discussões foram acentuadas e decidi me afastar da empresa legalmente.
Passei a receber e-mails falsos de investidores, confirmando o que ele afirmava anteriormente. A pressão aumentava de forma fantasiosa, mas eu estava decidido a sair da sociedade. O estresse já não valia a pena e eu não tive remuneração alguma durante todo esse período de “parceria”.
Conversei inúmeras vezes até que ele começou a sumir. Inicialmente, aos poucos, e depois desapareceu de vez. O processo de saída da sociedade não ocorreu e de quebra recebi uma intimação legal de um cliente que se sentiu lesado pela empresa. Ele vendeu um curso e não entregou, mais um golpe do estelionatário Vicente Augusto Lessa Júnior.
Agora o meu nome está ligado a essa empresa, na qual o estelionatário Vicente Augusto Lessa Júnior pratica vários pequenos golpes, pois ele é legalmente administrador responsável.
